We present an easy version of a drink found on a new menu. Designed as a large-volume pre-mixed that's packed with the tastes of a festive period, making it perfect for your holiday party. Reserve the remaining cordial you can use for breakfast cocktails, sweets, or to make more rounds of this cocktail.

Makes enough for 10 guests
For the Citrus Syrup (yields 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g fine sugar
Ingredients for the Drink (makes 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml decent vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (as made above)
Whole cranberries, to garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Instructions
For the Cordial: Place every items into a saucepan, bring to a gentle boil, agitating until the sugar dissolves. Then, take off the burner and let it to reach room temperature fully. Transfer into an sealable bottle, seal and refrigerate it in the fridge, it will last for around four weeks.
Preparing the Premix: Combine the specified liquids in a large bottle, allow it to infuse for 60 minutes, then strain , ideally through a fine cloth, so it's fully clarified.
For serving: Add 85ml of the batch mix into a cocktail shaker containing ice, and stir gently for one minute until cold. Strain into a frosted cocktail glass or similar, decorate with a few cranberries adding the final touch with a quick spritz of mandarin oil above the glass.
